We started off with The Garden of the Gods this morning with the beautiful morning light. We decided on this adventure to hand over picture taking responsibilities to the kiddos to see what they thought was neat.

After Escaping the Dinosaurs, We headed to Pikes Peak- we had planned to go all the way to the summit but we couldn’t, any guesses why???? if you said SNOW! You are correct- we could only go 13/19 miles because of the wintry mix that was falling at the summit, and even down to where we were allowed to go.
Once we made it down from pikes peak it was time to head to north to have a visit with Family., we were so busy visiting that we didn’t take many pics but here are a few from the park and our ice cream adventure.

After we said our see ya laters because it’s never goodbye always see ya later we headed back to the hotel to get a good nights rest because tomorrow is another long travel day as we start the long journey home. Follow along to see what fun things we find on our way home!
