Today we traveled from Rochester, MN (home of the Mayo Clinic) to Sioux Falls, SD. We paid for the Roadside America app so we could find some things to stop and see along the way because the days are long when driving west.

We had a few pit stops today! #1 Austin, MN at the Spam Museum and store. Who knew that there was an entire store devoted to SPAM! YES Canned SPAM! The museum was closed but we had fun at the store and with the statues out front.

After our pit stop at SPAM we continued on to stop#2 Blue Earth, MN where we stopped to see the Jolly Green Statue and Museum.

After visiting with the Jolly Green Giant we continued on to Sioux Falls, SD. We got checked into our hotel and got some dinner. After we decided to go check out the towns namesake, Sioux Falls.
